A collaboration between Centre for Computational Social Science, UBC Library Research Commons and Digital Scholarship in Arts. The Arts Student Showcase on Digital and Computational Scholarship is an annual, end-of-year event that celebrates the breadth, and depth of computational and digital student research across disciplines.

* New Call for 2026 Arts Student Showcase on Digital and Computational Scholarship – Due March 1
Through lightning talks, interactive demos, and poster presentations, leading student researchers share their innovative projects spanning creative, humanist and social science disciplines in diverse digital techniques, theories, media and computational methods. Both an academic presentation opportunity and a community-building platform, the events brings together developers, librarians, student and faculty researchers.
